Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is red and curly. His ears are large.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ur-Masi fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His chestnut hair is still thick. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and blue handkerchief worn on his left side. His red hair is braided into rings. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Priest business.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Melech was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Melech decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Shipwright business.
History: She got into the Shipwright business at a young age. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was born in a small desert village. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Armorer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Armorer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Armorer like her mother before her.

History: The child of a Cook, who enjoyed hunting, Watson was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
