She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Salanop's homeland. Salanop decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
