Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Valafar embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. The war was a terrible time for him, and Valafar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Laborer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 58. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-orc people

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He is a Stableman first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Thoradin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Stableman like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult; and wants to work out more often

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Andram never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, Serpent and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
