Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is light but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She wears dull tan sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. Her auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Barkeep. She tends to her Barkeep job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and further expansion of business

Description: 5'2" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and tan handkerchief worn on her left side. Her gray fur is heavily combed to the left. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: Born in the north to a Blacksmith, Two Llamas learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Two Llamas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Blacksmith, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is dressed in earthy colors with a white and black handkerchief worn on his right side, marred by sweets. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He takes great joy in being the best Bellfounder in town.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Scrag was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Scrag decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She keeps her golden hair in a pixie cut. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Merla took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hammer and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: He sports red clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He is physically well-built. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: Krimmon is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Krimmon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Krimmon was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: He dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and carries clubs. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. His green eyes peer out from beneath his feathered white hat.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Howard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to clean up the streets

Description: He is lean but muscular and typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by her family

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she's looking for her big break
