History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Avice grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her childhood dream was to be a Spy, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Personality: Don is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Zykroff is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Zykroff lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many gnolls want her driven away

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mella does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Tanner business.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

History: Gunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
