Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Pelt liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Skamos and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
