History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Darrak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Shepherd, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
