Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Phelaia will drive conversation. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Phelaia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Phelaia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Phelaia. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mamnen embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: He was born in the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Volen grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her first spouse was a Interpreter, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Seamstress.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Bellfounder soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new bellfounder responsibilities is difficult
