Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rangrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the north to a Guard, Rangrim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fisher business.
History: She got into the Fisher business at a young age. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She became a Fisher soon after.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a warhammer, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are green and beady.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Warryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants revenge against goblins

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears his auburn hair up. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When Heian reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and money/treasure

He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is greedy

Description: This slender man stands about 5'5". He is renowned for his bright violet suits and hats. His white hair is long and unkept. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for him, and Theriatis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: The child of a Shipwright, who enjoyed hunting, Theriatis was taken on many hunting expeditions. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Bellfounder soon after.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Syllin was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. After coming to the age of reason, Syllin took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.
