History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

Description: He is lean but muscular and is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. His fur is orange, silky, and of moderate length. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Spring never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Vonana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
