History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ownka grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.
