History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Barber kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Alston was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Alston was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mercenary. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cask does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born to a Locksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. When Cask reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
