Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and is pretty ugly. His red crest is lengthy. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Sethrekar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When Sethrekar reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Alain has worked very hard to control her curse. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: 6'7" and muscular, this southern man is dressed in an above average manner. His white crest is thinning but still full. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. A true patriot, Quarethon would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Quarethon was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Engraver. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She works hard and plays hard.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Now she works as a writing tutor during her time off.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Spice Merchant business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he has a crush on the local courier
