Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Heward's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited.
