Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. Her brown hair is singed and shortened. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Phann embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Phann is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Phann was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Kelter's homeland. Kelter decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Patrin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Interpreter mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
