History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Mary was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mary decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Barbena hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She struck the Bricklayer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
