She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Through the years after Fistula was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: Vani was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Ilanis hails from a village terrorized by drow. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Garl liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He bought a lance and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to reunite with his old friends
