Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bulzo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
