Personality: Shautha hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She is obsessed with her god.
History: Shautha was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: She is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Loopmottin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Ella was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Engraver. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She usually wears her red robe and has her falchion always slung over her shoulder. With wild golden hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: Gomory lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and doesn't want to be a farmer and was forced into it by her family

Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Barbena embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. The war was a terrible time for her, and Barbena does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. After coming to the age of reason, Barbena took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. After a long history of fighting, Barbena and her spouse have recently divorced.

Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.
History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Gorgûm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
