History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ielenia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Ielenia has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His head has been shaved. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Bather, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He has worked as a Cartwright like his mother before him.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
