Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. Her red hair is smooth and relatively long. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Carpenter business.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away.

She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she desires power and/or immortality

Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adrie. After months of barely getting by, Adrie managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
