Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Andraste is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miner. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
