Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His yellow fur has been sun bleached extensively. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Cloud was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Barkeep kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she has a crush on the local miller

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Sariel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the east to a Barber, Zaffrab learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south.

History: Paymon was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She wears her red hair up. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Claira grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Claira. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
