Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His ears are large.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is long and unkept. He has blue eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Spy soon after.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Herbalist like his father before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ella was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Pandjed and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and she seems to be bored by most things
