She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ida and her spouse have recently divorced.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Smoking grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Smoking. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: An older woman who wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, she is not a threatening figure. Her copper crest is thinning but still full. Her eyes are likewise red. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is her passion; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Dalaba enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dalaba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
