Description: He wears a yellow tunic with black highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She takes great joy in being the best Stableman in town.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but she was a colossal failure. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'4" and wears dull blue sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sword, just in case. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: An older man who is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, he is not a threatening figure. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His silver unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bather profession.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
