History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his father before him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded.
