History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. A gifted student she started as a Fletcher, but she got bored and became a Banker. She has worked as a Banker like her mother before her.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This malnourished man wears suspenders and red workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time. He has moderate length red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Ugol hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dara embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Dara studied abroad. She married young, but lost her spouse to giants. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Dara was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants revenge against giants

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a violet coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Miner who has hired him part-time. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Miner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Harriet was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
