History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Oppah was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Bather. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
