Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has done his best to style his rusty crest to look like a famous performer. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 98. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Patrin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Thea and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He tends to his Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her first spouse was a Miller, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to clean up the streets

Description: A 4'5" northern man, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rurik grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rurik. He bought a trident and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and she seems to be bored by most things

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and he perpetually has his kukri ready. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gimble does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born into a rich family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gimble fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
