History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. After coming to the age of reason, Akta took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
