Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and carries greatswords. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His half smiles and black eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Thamuz was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thamuz's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Thamuz and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Chad took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Chad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and gnomish compassion

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Glassblower kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
