History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He got into the Junk Dealer business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Baz is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Baz was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Baz and his spouse have recently divorced.
