History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Pearl was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Pearl's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Pearl was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
