She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: She got into the Doctor business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Doctor. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Doctor for the past few years.
