Beggar work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
