History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Raymond was horrified and prayed that his father was alright.
