History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paggen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paggen. After a long history of fighting, Paggen and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Halimath never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Dharg hails from a village terrorized by illithids. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Weaver, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
