History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Astaro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
