Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pallabar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pallabar. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
