Description: An older man who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After a long history of fighting, Halimath and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by his family

With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Roofer business.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His tied-back hair is golden. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Dûsh is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dûsh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
