Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wella embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is a great chef.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Wella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Wella decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and regain custody of her son

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sapply lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
