His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Juliana's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of a Glassblower, who enjoyed hunting, Juliana was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Juliana reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She bought a hand crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She tends to her Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
