Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Uthemar was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Map Maker. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got.
