Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Aelar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Aelar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fisher, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Brewer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Sariel was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
