History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Havilar has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has never given up on his painting dream.

She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her first spouse was a Baker, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Courier, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Tim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Tim reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Siffress lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
