Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and revenge

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. A true patriot, Sora would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Sora has worked very hard to control her curse. She's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
