Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a grey shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her golden hair is still thick. Her eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Torgga never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
