History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hupe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hupe. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shoemaker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Elaim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer mother left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerbo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
