Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his kukri with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. His ears are large.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Erky was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'0" when asserting herself. She has moderate length silver hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Osah will drive conversation. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Osah has worked very hard to control her curse. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Armara learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and balancing her hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was born in the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Pâsh's homeland. Pâsh decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She works hard and plays hard.
History: Chassath was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Traulam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion.

History: Arumawann lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Arumawann was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sailor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
